But Bill has a problem of his own: he's a vampire. With a bad reputation. He hands with a seriously creepy crowd, all suspected of - big surprise - murder. And when one of Sookie's co-workers is killed, she fears she's next...

 
I love vampire fiction; from old Drac himself, through the self-involved dramas of Lestat and everything else in between. It's always cool to find a new author with a new take on the legends, and so I'm really eager to read this series of books.
