I've roleplayed for more than 20 years, beginning with MERP, and playing pretty much every game system ever created at least once. When I saw that there was a RPG based on the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer I had to get the rule books, just to see how the creators handled the conversion. Joss Whedon's original ideas for the Buffyverse were somewhat based on H. P. Lovecraft's works, as was my favourite RPG, Call of Cthulhu so I really look forward to exploring this system, and maybe one day playing it. This book is the monster manual, with really good breakdowns of just about every Buffy bad guy you can think of.
